Within seven days after date of receipt of the good ordered, you have the right to cancel the contract. You must contact our office to inform us of this by emailing on redarrows@tinyworld.co.uk or by telephone 01252 377675. From this date, you have a further seven days to return the goods. Merchandise will only be refunded if goods are returned in their original condition. DVD’s must be returned with the sealed wrap unbroken. Upon receipt, we shall reimburse the price of the returned item, less the postage.
